All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time:
Once processed, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days (within the U.S. or as applicable). International delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at customerservice@benelnoir.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.
Return Shipping:

Refunds:
